My blog of things and thoughts

Been spending most of today staring at my computer screen updating my website - www.robertbone.co.uk. There haven't been many major changes that you would immediately notice. Some of it has been a spring clean - such as removing "2011" from the drop down box on my contact form. Other measures have been redesigning the menu system.

As I said, it hasn't been major work, just adding a few pages here and there and putting it logically in the menu system, and giving the pages names and descriptions that relate to the content, and not just a generic list of key words. This should also make more sense to google so that it guides people to the correct page and not a page on my blog from months ago as what sometimes happens.

I've also started adding testimonials to pages that relate to the type of event (instead of having them all on the "Client Comments" page that no-one ever read). I must admit I have received testimonials and thank yous that also need to be added, as well as put more photos on these pages, and not just on the gallery page.

To be honest, once everything is sorted I'll probably just drop the Gallery and Client Comments page.
